A unique center in the world
The International Center of Hunting Gastronomy of Almagro, known as Venari, is the first gastronomic school specialized in game food in the world. This innovative project was created with the aim of positioning game meat as a gastronomic jewel, offering excellent training for chefs and professionals in the sector.
Located in the emblematic Palace of the Counts of Valdeparaíso in Almagro, Ciudad Real, Venari combines the tradition of the surroundings with an avant-garde culinary proposal. Its uniqueness makes it a driving force for social and cultural development in Castilla-La Mancha, a region that is consolidating its position as a reference in haute hunting gastronomy.

ASICAZA and the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real
The Venari center is an initiative promoted by ASICAZA (Interprofessional Association of Hunting Meat) and the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real.
ASICAZA, since its creation in 2009, works to promote wild game meat, a natural, sustainable product with great gastronomic value. This association brings together different organizations related to the conservation of the environment and the hunting sector, defending the interests of producers and promoting the consumption of this noble meat throughout the world.
