The International Center of Hunting Gastronomy of Almagro<\/strong>, known as Venari<\/strong>, is the first gastronomic school specialized in game food<\/strong> in the world. This innovative project was created with the aim of positioning game meat as a gastronomic jewel, offering excellent training for chefs and professionals in the sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in the emblematic Palace of the Counts of Valdepara\u00edso in Almagro<\/strong>, Ciudad Real, Venari combines the tradition of the surroundings with an avant-garde culinary proposal. Its uniqueness makes it a driving force for social and cultural development in Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong>, a region that is consolidating its position as a reference in haute hunting gastronomy.<\/p>\n

The Venari center is an initiative promoted by ASICAZA<\/strong> (Interprofessional Association of Hunting Meat) and the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ASICAZA<\/strong>, since its creation in 2009, works to promote wild game meat, a natural, sustainable product with great gastronomic value.<\/strong> This association brings together different organizations related to the conservation of the environment and the hunting sector<\/strong>, defending the interests of producers and promoting the consumption of this noble meat throughout the world.<\/p>\n
